The authors performed the prospective controlled clinical trial, in order to study the effectiveness and safety of developed a semi-open method of treatment of purulent wounds. In a research study included 62 patients with acute surgical infection of soft tissues. Using a semi-open method of treatment of purulent wounds allowed to expand indications for the closure of the purulent wound and thereby shorten the treatment of this group of patients.
